Our Founder
Evelyn Brandt-Thomas
The Educational Center for the Visually Impaired (ECVI) was established in September 2014 by Evelyn Brandt-Thomas in honor of her husband, Gordon Thomas. The creation of ECVI stemmed from her desire to improve the quality of life for individuals who are blind or visually impaired by offering them programs at no cost.
